This website is operated by Oasis Futsal Academy Team Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Eligibility & Account Information

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued. Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or modified.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Actual colors, fit, and appearance may vary.

Uniform Pickup vs Shipped Items

Some items, including uniforms marked “Pickup at Practice,” are distributed in person and are not shipped.

Other items, including lifestyle and fan gear, are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. All charges are processed at the time of purchase. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer preference.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted will be replaced at no cost if reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact info@oasisfutsal.com with your order number and photos.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, text, and images, is owned by Oasis Futsal Academy Team Store or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oasis Futsal Academy Team Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.
